MARA Foundation — Community Voting Program (BTC 2026)

‍‍Overview

‍MARA Foundation will conduct a community voting program during BTC 2026 in Las Vegas. Participants may vote to help determine which of three designated charities will receive a $100,000 charitable donation funded by MARA Foundation. No purchase or payment is required. Participation does not provide any prize, compensation, or chance to win.

‍Participation

‍Participants access the voting platform via QR code, select a charity, submit a valid email address, and confirm their vote via email verification. Voting closes on the final day of BTC 2026 at 3:00 PM PT.

‍Voting Rules

‍Limit one (1) vote per verified email address. Votes are counted only after successful verification and must be submitted within the voting period. MARA Foundation reserves the right to disqualify invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent votes. All decisions are final.

‍Winner Determination

‍The charity receiving the highest number of valid, verified votes will be selected. In the event of a tie, a predefined tie-breaking method will be applied.

‍Charitable Donation

‍MARA Foundation will donate $100,000 to the selected charity based on verified voting results. Participants receive no financial or other benefit.

‍Data & Privacy

‍Email addresses are used for vote validation and, if separately consented to, marketing communications. Marketing opt-in is optional. Participants may unsubscribe at any time. Data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

‍Additional Terms

‍Open to individuals 18+. Void where prohibited. MARA Foundation is not responsible for technical failures or interruptions. MARA Foundation reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program if necessary to protect its integrity. This program is governed by applicable U.S. laws.
